Beautiful Breasts Even After Age 45+

The Latvian Microsurgery Center has begun collaborating with the Faculty of Health and Sports Sciences at Riga Stradiņš University (RSU), providing clinical internship opportunities for prospective nurses as well. Until now, the center has primarily trained young doctors—residents. Currently, an RSU student and future nurse, Lota Grēta Krēsliņa, is completing her clinical internship at the Latvian Microsurgery Center; she is particularly interested in the duties of a surgical nurse. Since the intern has already proven herself to be an excellent candidate, there is a possibility that she will join the center’s team after graduating from RSU.
Lota Grēta Krēsliņa talks about her internship:
“At first, I was a little nervous, because this is, after all, one of the leading centers in Latvia, and I’m surrounded by very experienced specialists. However, my colleagues were very supportive and welcoming, which helped me fit into the team quickly. I have to admit that not only the nurses but also the doctors helped me settle in and were very interested in educating and training me. I felt that I, too, as a student, had a place there—they involved me in the processes, explained things to me, and encouraged me. That really helped me gain confidence in myself.”
She also emphasizes that mutual respect and communication among all team members are very important at the Microsurgery Center—not only between doctors and nurses, but also with patients:
“I saw what a big impact a simple but empathetic word or presence can have at a moment when a person is afraid.”
