Beautiful Breasts Even After Age 45+

The Latvian Microsurgery Center (LMC) has received a letter of accreditation from the Federation of European Societies for Surgery of the Hand (Federation of European Societies for Surgery of the Hand (FESSH)), confirming that the center has been granted the status of an accredited Hand Trauma and Replantation Center. The FESSH Accreditation Commission made the decision to grant this status to the LMC after a detailed evaluation of the range, scope, and quality of the medical services provided by the center. The prestigious status of Hand Trauma and Replantation Center is granted for a period of five years, with the medical center’s operations subject to ongoing monitoring.
The Federation of European Hand Surgery Associations was established through the merger of hand surgery associations from 28 European countries, with the goal of establishing standards that ensure the highest level of medical care in hand surgery in Europe. A commission established by the FESSH evaluates and accredits medical institutions that provide the highest level of medical care in hand surgery. Now, Riga East University Hospital also has a Hand Trauma and Replantation Center accredited by the Federation of European Societies for Surgery of the Hand (FESSH).
We are proud to say that this is the only FESSH-accredited Hand Trauma and Replantation Center in the Baltics. There aren’t many such centers in Eastern Europe and Scandinavia either; for example, there is one in Norway and two in Finland. Now there is one more Hand Trauma and Replantation Center on the map of Europe, and it is located in Latvia—RAKUS.
“Seeing how much effort RAKUS specialists are putting into raising medical standards, we would like to make a small contribution to the hospital’s development so that the Eastern Hospital is not only the best hospital in Latvia, but also a recognized medical institution in Europe,” says Dr. med. Kalvis Pastars, director of the Latvian Microsurgery Center. “The work of the Latvian Microsurgery Center demonstrates that if medical institutions receive economically justified compensation for the medical services they provide, the state can obtain the highest-quality medical services without investing budget funds in the sector’s development. In my opinion, this is a good example of a public-private partnership, where patients can receive state-funded, high-quality medical services in hand and reconstructive microsurgery, which has also been positively evaluated by the relevant European authority. ”We also look forward to equally successful future cooperation so that the accredited Hand Trauma and Replantation Center in Latvia will remain in operation not only for the next five years, but for even longer,” says Kalvis Pastars.
The LMC Hand Surgery Clinic specializes in hand surgery and reconstructive microsurgery, performing both emergency and elective hand and reconstructive surgeries. It is the only place in Latvia where people can have body parts reattached following traumatic loss. Patients with hand injuries can seek help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at the Emergency Medicine and Patient Admission Clinic of Riga East University Hospital, where the assistance of qualified hand surgeons and microsurgeons is available.
The LMC Hand Surgery Clinic provides a wide range of elective medical services to patients with hand conditions.
